(1)Valid ticket must be presented for admission to the expo.

(2)Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and other products or services.

(3)This ticket is non-refundable

(4)In accordance with the government latest guidelines for events, organiser will implement crowd management measures to control the visitor capacity; if visitor capacity of the exhibition halls reaches the limit, all visitors must follow the instructions of the on-duty staff on entrance arrangement.

(5)Special arrangement will be rendered if Organizer cancels the expo due to bad weather or sudden conditions.

(6)There are many pets in this expo. Visitors should talk care the safety of themselves or their pets. If your pets are unfortunately lost or attacked or hurt by others, please report to police. The organizer and Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre will not take any liability.

(7)Visitors who bring pets should take proper control of your pets. You shall take full responsibility if your pets attack or hurt others.

(8)Visitors with pet must comply with the "Pet Admission Guidelines" announced by the organizeron official website at https://www.exhibitiongroup.com.hk/exhibitions/petshow2025

(9)The organizer reserves the right of making final decisions in any case of disputes.
